Terms of sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all contractual relations between Nesma Modest and any person making a purchase on the website nesmamodest.com. Any order placed implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

The hijabs offered on the website are made from opaque liquid jersey (composition: 93% polyester, 7% spandex). The photographs illustrating the colours are as faithful as possible; however, slight variations in shade may appear depending on the viewing screen. Each hijab measures 180 × 70 cm.

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. In accordance with French regulations for micro-entrepreneurs benefiting from the VAT-based exemption, no VAT is invoiced and the above mention appears on all invoices.

Any launch prices constitute a temporary offer; the crossed-out reference price shown corresponds to the usual price outside the offer.

The order is validated upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation is sent by email with the summary and order number. Nesma Modest reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, insufficient stock, or legitimate reason.

Payment is made online at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment provider. No banking data is stored by Nesma Modest.

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from France via Mondial Relay (nearest pickup point to your address). Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days in metropolitan France, 5 to 10 business days internationally.

Shipping is free on all orders in metropolitan France, with no minimum amount. For international shipping, fees are calculated at the time of order based on destination.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and unperfumed. Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless there is an error or defect attributable to Nesma Modest. Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the package.

Hand or machine wash at max 30°C, in a laundry bag, with a gentle detergent. No tumble dryer, dry flat in the shade. Iron at low temperature if necessary. Careful care ensures the longevity of the hijab.

The information collected when placing an order is necessary for processing and delivery. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by writing to contact@nesmamodest.com.

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction. In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.
